Non-Alcoholic Spiced Pear Shandy Recipe

Consider this fun mocktini your new favorite holiday drink! It combines peppermint hot chocolate with the popular caffeinated beverage (everyone likes a caffè mocha every now and then) within the concept of a martini and the result is a chocolatey and oh so festive mocktini! The first thing you get is chocolate, as expected, the coffee makes the chocolate flavor even more robust and then the coolness hits which has a special way of leaving you wanting more. You can always use a hot chocolate mix with instant coffee, but extra effort always yields a premium reward. This means scratch-made hot chocolate and freshly brewed coffee or espresso. If you want a very rich mocktini, opt for espresso instead of coffee. Preferably espresso made with dark roasted coffee beans for consistency, body, and flavor. It really does take this recipe to the next level.

Total Time:  10 minutes
