Zero-Proof Pimm's Cup Mocktail

A classic Pimm's cup is nothing short of refreshing which is why it's a summertime staple across the pond. Everything from the gorgeous iced tea hue to the fresh pieces of fruit in the glass is beautiful and it tastes even better. Anyone who has had Pimm's No.1 Cup liqueur knows it's a tough one to match due to its complexity, but balsamic vinegar is an excellent substitution since it delivers a similar color as well as a rich, fruity taste with depth. Melding the fruity depth of balsamic with mint, fresh fruit and lemonade results in a brilliant zero proof version of the British favorite. Every sip is cool and citrusy, the drink is a touch herbaceous thanks to the mint and the fruit makes it all the better. For the best result, go with a high-quality balsamic vinegar and don't hesitate to swap the lemonade for your favorite lemon-lime soda or even ginger ale if you wish.
