Virgin Habanero Hail Mary

The Virgin Habanero Hail Mary is a fun play on the delightfully odd Bloody Mary we know and love. Much like its vodka fueled predecessor, this mocktail features the key components of the classic cocktail including tomato juice, savory elements, acid, spice, and burn with the exception of a base spirit. Swapping the usual Tabasco sauce with habanero hot sauce creates a delicious mocktail worth boasting about. Adding habanero to these non-alcoholic drinks to serve on game day elevates them to new heights. In addition to heat, habanero brings a fruity, citrusy flavor to the mocktails thus giving them a versatile complexity that pairs well with many foods ranging from a hearty bowl of game-day chili to crispy deep-fried onion rings. Alternatively, the Virgin Habanero Hail Mary can stand alone. Simply garnish each one with the suggested bacon-celery rib combo to turn the non-alcoholic game-day drinks into snacks that will wow your guests.
